Still hasnt sunk in properly yet for me, ann was always always kind to me and made me feel like part of the family, hardly ever saw ann upset or sad just making jokes and laughing, will never forget the time her and jon bought me a card for my birthday and it was to do with getting old and having a saggy chest we laughed for ages about that, she thought I would be offended til i burst out laughing....
